Tamar Yonah is the daughter of a Holocaust survivor. Her father survived the Nazi brutalities and after liberation, made his way to the shores of the British Palestine Mandate. There again he fought for his survival - he fought in Israel's War of Independence.

What her father had lived through made a strong impression on Tamar. Like him, she fought for Israel by serving in the Israeli army and air force.

And afterwards she became an activist for Israel, for the Jewish nation.

She's long hosted The Tamar Yonah Show, Israel's most popular English language radio talk show. She takes on all the controversial tough issues, the hot topics, facing Israel and the Western World - such as the rise of blatant anti-Semitism. "How is political correctness killing you," one show asks.

She also writes an award-winning blog - often biting, sometimes humorous. Like her talk show, the blog takes on current events, religion and politics. She doesn't avoid controversial issues. Instead, she wants people to listen to truth, to facts.

In both her radio show and blog, it's her mission to inform people of the political changes taking place in the world, and how they affect Israel.

She has news, views, and call-ins. There are interviews with respected authors, journalists, and politicians about the burning issues facing Israel and the Western World in our age of globalism.

She also hosts a segment called, 'The Arab Report' with former Muslim Arabs, who blow the whistle on what the Arab Muslim world is saying - in Arabic, as opposed to what they tell you in English .

And there are calls - the listeners' turn to give their views!
